  • Have you utilized an ATS system?
  • Are you proficient in social media posting?
  • Are you dynamic and driven to thrive in a fast-paced work environment?
  • Are you passionate about working with seniors?
  • Highly proficient computer skills (Microsoft office, Excel, Canva)
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Pass a criminal, motor vehicle backgrounds and drug test

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Perform 8 to 10 virtual job interviews daily for our Florida and Pennsylvania offices
  • Hire 12 quality caregivers a month for each office
  • Must be able to work in applicant tracking software
  • Must be able to adapt to an ever changing hiring market of the hourly worker
  • Create and post job posting on job boards such as Indeed, Zip Recrutier, Career Link, Local job boards etc.
  • Actively recruit on all social media media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok
  • Must create new and innovative ways to attract quality applicants on a daily basis
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with colleagues, caregivers, clients and family members
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

~Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm

(Must work in our State College PA Office)
